What is the shipping policy within India?

 

Shipping within India is free of cost for all orders.

We use trusted courier partners such as Ecom Express and Delhivery to ship our products, which are fully insured for your protection.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the courier company generally calls you before delivery to confirm availability.

Can we reschedule the delivery date?

 

If you are not available at the time of delivery, you can contact the courier company directly to reschedule or arrange for redelivery.

Alternatively, you may also collect the parcel from their nearest delivery center.

Please note:

Rivaaz Label shall not be responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, logistics issues, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.

What is the shipping turnaround time?

 

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 working hours from the time the order is placed.

Once dispatched, the delivery time is approximately 3 to 4 working days, depending on your location and courier service coverage.
