RETURN POLICY – RIVAAZ LABEL

At Rivaaz Label, every product is crafted and checked with utmost care to ensure premium quality and customer satisfaction.


Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed and delivered.


All sales made through our official website www.rivaazlabel.in are final and non-refundable.

 


 

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

 

  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in the rare case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product delivered by our team.

  • In such cases, customers must share video proof of unboxing within 24 working hours of delivery to 📧 care@rivaazlabel.in.

  • Requests without valid video evidence will not be eligible for replacement.

 

 


 

 

CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT (IF APPROVED)

 

 

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Once verified, our team will arrange for a pickup and send a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).

  •  If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a store credit of equal value.

        Replacement Time Frame: If replacements and exchange are  accepted, then It will get delivered to you within 5-7 working days.

 


 

 

IMPORTANT NOTES

 

 

  • No returns or exchanges are permitted for reasons such as size, color, or personal preference.

  • No cancellations once the order has been dispatched.

  • Products purchased from third-party sellers or offline distributors are not eligible for return or exchange through Rivaaz Label.

  • We are not responsible for any product handed over by mistake during pickup.
